Reception wasn’t welcoming or smiling and gave us that feeling of ( yes what do you want) , this actually blocked us from beginning and gave negative vibes ??‍♂️.

Everything about the hotel was great: the location The room, the standard and spaciousness The polite and helpful staff The varied and delicious breakfast buffet, and the breakfast overlooking the garden was wonderful.
The hotel entrance is on the side, making it difficult for the driver to access the hotel.

They didn’t inform that there will be an electricity maintenance, and I was surprised that the electricity went down around midnight and when I called the reception they informed that the electricity will stay down until 8:00 am, I couldn’t charge my laptop and phone because of that and the emergency light was on all night

The staff are very helpful, the check-in process is quick, and they are extremely supportive. The environment is excellent and fully equipped with everything you need. The view from the club room is unique.

I would like to share feedback regarding the hotel’s access points. While the Sheraton Dammam enjoys a prime and convenient location, the current entry and exit routes pose safety concerns. The visibility for drivers is limited, and the traffic flow around the area makes entering and leaving the property risky, especially during peak hours

The hotel is quite old and needs major maintenance, anyhow the om duty manager is a wonderful person, super cooperative i was traveling only for 1 night and asked late check out and the manager was beyond my expectation. He really deserves 5 start. I wish i had a manager like this
