The lovers were broken and fixed by tape!

actually i book to stay because of water park sad to say is not available they will open at 4pm i receive notice before that they will open only thursday and friday but not mention the time

Good location and bad customer services
Receptionist/Staff were not cooperative. For my case I want to upgrade my room because pool water was cold and even it is not mentioned anywhere on booking.com. This is the failure and miss management. Therefore when I reached at facility, I realized they have heated water pool available too. So I requested staff to check for upgrade but unlikely staff denied and advised me to cancel booking from booking.com instead so they can give me another Chalet.
The worst I felt when I observed whole resort was about empty or very minimal people seen during my 2 days stay but staff don’t know how to deal or adjust booking.
