The workers not friendly at all. No response for call and complain, they are not competent. Water heater not working, no water in room from morning we are calling to fix but unfortunately no response. Very disappointed with this experience.

My booking confirmation was not found in the system during the check-in process it took some time to find it. Maybe due to the system failure. Noise level inside the room is too high because of the construction work carried on the adjacent building.
