The payment was deserved I request full refund refund. The water heater is out of work in winter the temp is 10 c and the say no hot water to shower!!!
I waited more than an hour no hot water the maintenance couldn’t fix it. It was central hotel problem.. why would they accept reservations if no water heater. This is not the first time for that to happen it was in summer now in winter. Last time in this hotel it lacks credibility i paid for nothing the night and to shower then what? No hot water and bed covers are thin as paper u should get your cover for winter more over AC as heater not working???
I request the hotel to refund for all inconvenience the caused me i missed my meeting and had terrible mood

The welcome was excellent
There was no heating at all, and the room was extremely cold, especially with the rain and freezing weather outside. The air conditioning was supposed to be turned off, yet the room remained unbearably cold. I contacted the hotel staff to request that the heating be turned on, and I was shocked by the response—the employee informed me that there is no heating available at all. How is it possible for a hotel to operate without heating during the cold season?
What makes this even more unacceptable is that this hotel is rated 4 stars. I did not expect a 4-star Holiday Inn to fail in providing such a basic necessity. I was already sick, and being forced to stay in such cold conditions only made the situation worse. It is completely unreasonable that such a high price is charged while something as essential as heating is not provided. This level of negligence is shocking and deeply disappointing.

The location
The hotel is old and needs renovation and refurbishment. I had a problem at night when I want to go to sleep, there is no light stay on in case you need to go to bathroom to see for yourself, you either switch off all lights or leave them all on and in both cases are not comfortable ❗️
