I have stayed at this hotel twice before, and on both occasions I was given a room upgrade, which made my previous experiences very positive. Unfortunately, this time was very disappointing.
Not only was I not offered any upgrade, but I was also assigned a room designed for guests with special needs, even though I do not require such accommodation. I informed the staff immediately, but the room was not changed.
The air conditioning was not working properly and the room was warm. Additionally, the hot water kept cutting off in the morning, which was very inconvenient.
Upon arrival, the receptionist informed us that the room was not ready yet and that we would be contacted once it was available. However, no one ever called us.
Another issue was that the bathroom amenities were prepared for only one person, despite the reservation being for two guests.
On the final day of our stay, the fire alarm went off at 5:00 AM due to a false alarm. This caused unnecessary disturbance and stress, and no apology or explanation was provided by the hotel staff afterward.
Overall, this stay did not meet the standards I experienced during my previous visits, and I am disappointed with the decline in service quality. I hope the management will take this feedback seriously and work on improving the guest experience.

Rooms
Swimming pool and other facilities were bad not maintained and guests were told by swimming coach to go away as they are training and come back after 3 hours. Guest insulted infront of everyone for not using its services

Disappointing
The room is clean and breakfast is good
Start with the hotel for airport pickup service since I texted them and no one is responding about it.. The room I booked in the booking website did not match with the room I stayed in .. when I talked to reception they said it's not exciting even when I paid a high amount for what I expected and when asked for more towels they brought one only even though I have 2 baths... the jakozi in hotel is not clean and yellow color ... In general the price is high compared to what I get and i won't go back again to this hotel
