I was planning to stay one or two nights at Volcano View but ended up staying 5 nights. The rooms are spacious, clean and cozy in a nice house in a residential area. The neighborhood is quiet but yet not so far away from the city center (just a short walk). Isaac and his team have been wonderful hosts. They helped me plan my visits to the Volcanoes National Park and easily arranged transport for the four days I spent there. Everyday my breakfast was on the table at 6am and by 6h30 my lift was ready to take me to the park. I highly recommand this B&B!

There are only 4 or 5 rooms so staying at Volcano View is like coming home. Nice and clean rooms, chill terrace, supernice staff and Isaac - the owner - is very welcoming. We enjoyed our stay here. Thank you for everything!

Friendly staff, modern, clean room with gorgeous bed. Complimentary tea in the afternoon. They made me breakfast at 6am before I had to leave at 6.30am for my hike just what I needed for a one night stay

The stuff was very friendly and helpful and made a big effort to make our stay pleasant. The staff helped with arrangements of a trip to the volcanos.
The room is small, utilities are basic (wait 30 minutes for hot water -- but after 30 minutes they were very hot and shower was very pleasant)

The hosts were two lovely and welcoming women, they created a very peaceful atmosphere. The home-cooked dinner was very nice, although slightly overpriced. The two dogs on the compound were lovely. The bed was large and comfortable. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. On the day of our hike, they prepared breakfast very early and gave us some packed food for our hike. Breakfast was good. Location was good.
Unfortunately, there is some construction going on in the compound and the workers started working between 7 and 8am.

We were visiting friends in Musanze and it was right around the corner from their apartment so very continent for us and right in town. Walkable to things you may need
The staff were very kind and helpful and they always had a beautiful breakfast set up on the front porch for us every morning. It was lovely. Also a tub in the bath! They also cleaned my shoes after a very muddy hike.

location was good, friendliness of the staff was ok however could be improved if you compare the friendliness of the other places I stayed at in Rwanda.
amenities and the people before requested a late check out. I was only informed of this when I was already on site. Normally late checks are based on availability hence this should not have been the case

This was an excellent stay. Everything was even nicer than it appears in the pictures. Everyone was super helpful with arranging activities and transport. Breakfast was delicious and ready very early to accommodate our early-morning hike. Close to center. Would highly recommend staying here. It is a nice home away from home.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful to offer different possibilities in the surroundings. The room is very clean and comfortable. They have a cute little dog & when the sun is out you can have breakfast at the terrace.
