The beds were old, they were mosquitoes, and the staff's assistance was poor.

The staff were very helpful. Sometimes we had a bit of issues understanding each other because of language but they did their best to make sure they understand. They were also very swift in responding to things.
There was no hot water one of the days! But they fixed it the next day.

Everything,!!! The staff were friendly and hospitable.
The food was great and very reasonably priced
Plus the 65O ml Beers were Ice Cold and a bargain for £1 pound... Fantastic Restaurant, and bar., also near all the entertainment area in Kigali
It's my 5th visit to Kigali since 2018... It's a shame I've just discovered this hidden gem ? I'll definitely be returning... And a big shout out to the amazing Duty Manger Joy You're a Star ?

Wonderful
I really had a peaceful stay at Wailers lodge. The warm reception meted out to me by Grace (one of the staff) was exceptional.
The facility also met my expectations save that there was no fridge in my room.
I did not take breakfast since I was fasting though I was warmly invited by Grace.
In all it was a great experience. The location too is ok.
I think all was well with exception of not having refrigerator

Breakfast was on time around 7:30AM.
Bathing in this facility was very uncomfortable. Because nothing separated the water closet from the bathing area.

Communication with accommodation in advance was quick and easy, airport pick up on time and check-in possible even in the middle of the night, staff members onsite friendly and ready to help
Toilet was working but needed some repairs and cleaning, mosquito net had a bunch of holes, wastebin in rooms missing
