I loved the view. It was amazing to see the city from my balcony.
I didnt like that the hot water took 15-20 minutes to get hot. Its a complete waste of water. Also the one of the bathrooms had a terrible smell that wouldnt go away so we had to keep it closed for the duration of our stay.

Great food at the restaurant (ask for Matteo, the chef).
Overcharged for the room. Converting amount from USD to AUD and I ended up paying $17 more for the room than Booking.com app indicated. Made it clear to reception that I wasn't happy but they didn't budge. I will take it up with Booking.com as this is misleading advertising in my book. I won't use Booking.com till this is resolved.

Very spacious rooms with lots of storage, had an iron & board, really nice bathroom with a rain shower. Friendly and helpful staff (they helped me arrange taxis/airport transfers and let me store my bags after checkout while waiting for my flight).
One night I arrived back late and the gate was locked with no one around so I could not get in. It took 20 minutes of yelling and banging on the gate for someone to show up and let me in.

Didnt get to stay at property. The view looked great though.
We booked the night and got confirmation. When we arrived, the hotel told us they were full and drove us to some unfinished apartment several blocks away - no view, no tv, no coffee, no WiFi, no restaurant, and walls still not painted. Apartments on booking.com were plentiful and cost $20 on average. This was clearly a scam. I am demanding a full refund.

Exceptional
Clean, comfortable, beautiful! Right next door to Feels coffee studio and a short walk from convention center. Anita and Faustin were extremely kind and helpful- going above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay with Court. Would definitely stay again!

The staff were very friendly and breakfast was good. Location is an easy walk to the Convention centre.
The shower was only just warm and didn't have a lot of pressure. TV had a UK plug but no where to plug it in. Air conditioning in the room but no remote to use it. For the price, I felt there were better options

The staff members are very polite. The rooms are spacious with ample natural light and working air conditioners. The shower is very nice. Well-stocked with towels/shampoo/shower gel/etc. Very comfortable bed.
For this price, the room should be equipped with a tea/coffee kettle and some tea/coffee satchets. The beef from the restaurant was tough sometimes. Not able to stream video on the wifi.

The bed and room are very comfortable and the staff are pleasant. The location is excellent and convenient. overall it is value for money.
The bathroom had a bad smell all through. The Breakfast did not have good options and was very limited. wifi was very poor and was not stable. The TV in the room never came on.

- Check -in in the middle of the night went smooth - The room (nr 8) is at the front side of the hotel with a balcony and a nice view over the valley - Staff is friendly and responsive (except for some delays in answering to my emails prior to arrival) - Very clean and good care during the full stay
- Communication prior to arrival could be quicker - the water pressure for the showe is quite low and it takes a while before warmer water arrives (less sustainable since much cold water goes down the drain) - Not many electricity plugs available (staff provides extenders on request)
