The apartment was quite large, nicely designed, and very well furnished. I enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was wonderful. They even had a laundry service for free. Great location, highly suggested.

Very basic breakfast, well presented and good.
The management needs to communicate clearly how they wish to be paid. They rejected small
dollar bills and indicated their displeasure with credit cards. Not sure how they intend to do business if they cannot accept forex and don’t like credit cards ?

It is a very comfortable place near Kigali Heights. Breakfast was delicous, rooms were very big and comfortable, the staff is amazing and always helpful. A place to relax and enjoy. Restaurants are just a food walk away, you will find everything what you need. I was staying there for 4 days and it was a dream, If you have the chance and you can afford, I think you will not find a better apartement in Kigali. As it was too warm for me, I have asked for a fan and they have done everything so I could sleep much better with the fan.Thanks a lot. All the staff members speak English perfectly. If you have a question justaask them and they will help you. Absolutely to recommend

The comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep, and the well-equipped kitchenette allowed me to prepare my own meals whenever I desired. The attention to detail in the room's decor and furnishings added a touch of elegance and charm.
What truly set Rohi apart was the level of service provided. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, offering helpful recommendations and providing prompt assistance whenever required. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for their guests made a lasting impression on me.
While the presence of a well-equipped kitchenette is great for self-catering, offering on-site dining options, such as a restaurant or a café, could provide guests with more convenience and variety, especially for those who prefer not to cook.

Breakfast was sumptuous, generous, delivered & laid out very well.
Environmental sounds due to the location along the road but not a show stopper! It's a bearable trade-off, given the convenience of the location.
