Really nice spot! Rooms are perfect with a little kitchen and everything you need to cook if needed. Restaurant is top quality for a good price. Highly recommended staying with kids or even baby as the place is really quiet even when there's a DJ set. Fidèle was really helpful, kind and professional.

It is well located with nice views. Nice Bar!
It is not really a Hotel but a Bar with some rooms. It is very noisy until midnight.

The Appartement was very spacious, clean and comfortable.
There were no beach chairs at the pool, not like at the pictures here at booking.com. We especially booked this hotel for a relaxing afternoon at the pool and had to sit at a table. No beach towels, had to use the one from the room, same you use for the shower after the pool. Pool was not very clean, lots of leaves and other natural stuff in the water. And lots of noise, loud music till very late in the evening/morning. Very hard to fall asleep.

Staff were pleasant, very polite and always willing to assist
Felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel.
Unstable WiFi, though was great when it worked but kept tripping off.
No telephone to call for assistance and had to make short walks to look for help each time.

Spacious, comfy and well equipped room. Gorgeous views with amazing sunsets. Simple decor, but true to Rwandan culture. Lovely pool area. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good food at the restaurant. The TV didn't work the first night, but they fixed it. Thanks!
Only hand soap, shower gel, towels and hairdryer; lack the basics in general hotel bathrooms like shower cap, shampoo etc.

Pili Pili staff cares about you. They want to make sure that you are resting and enjoying the amenities. From the start at the airport pick up, you are welcomed by a nice driver who will take you to the hotel. In my case, I arrived late in the evening. At the hotel, they opened the restaurant for me to have something to eat. I had a great restful night in my comfortable and beautiful room. I will definitively coming back to Pili Pili. And try the guacalome!

The room was quiet and clean and well appointed. I liked the seating arrangement outside the room for working and breakfast. Very nice. It was also convenient to have the restaurant bar very close to the room.

Property is nice, rooms are great. Staff are lovely.
AWFUL music blasting from the club/bar/restaurant area well into the night. They’d hired a DJ and 100s of people came to the attached club/bar. The rooms are wonderful, but impossible to enjoy. I’d avoid this place over the weekend, or call ahead to confirm no events are on.
