The room key didn't work on the 2nd day. The first day I booked a room privately and the 2nd day was booked by the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund, which requested for me to keep the same room. I ordered an omelet which was salty. I drink warm water and warm soy milk, but they gave me hot ones. By for

prime location, clean, beautiful view, kind staff, good time management; everything was delivered on time.
Food was extremely underwhelming, the bedsheets were stained with moulds or whatever, very limited menu, they gave us a very different room from what we booked, staff are not well informed, generally not good value for money
