I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff were wonderful throughout the whole stay - friendly, welcoming, helpful. The room was most comfortable. The location of the hotel was great for my purposes.

Clean and spacious room. Nice pool area with good food. Love the Sauna and Gym! Friendly front desk staff and seamless airport pick up process.
Lunch Buffet. Very little variety and not the best (esp compared to food at pool side restaurant at the same hotel).

We had the executive suite and it was very beautiful, spacious, clean and well equipped.
There is a nice pool.
Good staff a the restaurant and bar.
We wanted to extend our stay but the lady at the reception told me that we couldnt get the same price then on booking. We argued for a while and decided to go somewhere else. When we got in the room and started packing, she called and finally agreed to give us the Booking.com price
We used the room service a few times but the service price they asked for was higher then in the menu and they didnt want to respect the price written in the book.
