The airport reception and trip to the hotel and back to the airport was excellent. The room is nice and spacious but need to check on the wear out of the towels. Breakfast was good and balanced

The staff were very friendly. I was greeted with a fresh champagne flute of juice on check in. It was pricier than other places I'd seen online but I stayed because it was the recommended hotel by the tour company.
The rooms are VERY tiny. I had to open my suitcase across the small table and chairs because there was no other space. Once I did that I could not sit down in the room or get out to the patio. Also, they have those fancy 'orthopedic beds' which have no padding or cushion. It feels like you are sleeping on a concrete block with sheets over it. I am vegan and gluten free and there was virtually nothing that I could eat at the breakfast buffet except a banana.

On arrival the staff were super friendly and check in was quick. Customer service was excellent; you are offered a hand towel and glass of juice on arrival while you check in. The property is very clean and quiet.

MY ROOM WAS LARGE WITH A COMFORTABLE BED. THE HOTEL HAS AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION. THEY SERVE GOOD LATTES. THE MEALS WERE GENEROUS SIZE AND OK. STAFF WAS FRIENDLY.
THERE WERE MANY ANTS ON THE BALCONY AND EVEN WITH THE MOSQUITO NET I GOT MANY BITES. HALF OF THE WINDOWS IN MY ROOM LOOKED OUT OVER AN INDOOR MEETING ROOM. THE PLANTS AND FURNISHINGS LOOKED DATED AND TIRED.

Staff is always nice to us. The receptionists are responsible enough to make their efforts to solve the problem our room had. The young lady in the restaurant smiled us and serve well every time. The cleaning staff also have good hospitality.
The biggest problem was the hot shower. The first room we stayed had a water heater tank but hadnt been turned on and we ended up having just slightly warm water after waiting for 20 min as instructed. Then they told us to wait for more hours but it finally didnt work. It was quite annoying not to be able to let our kids take hot shower and make them wait in dusty clothes after safari drive and vomiting due to car sickness. I asked the receptionist to let us cancel the booking for the following day and they kindly prepared another room with a water heater working. The next room, however, had a hot shower but the water pressure was quite low, just like dripping, even on the first floor, which was unacceptable for the room charge we paid. We stayed at three hotels in Kigali during this trip and this hotel was the most expensive and the water facility was the worst.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The free shuttle was already waiting when I arrived at the airport. Check-in was fast and smooth. My room was huge, the bed comfortable, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful in organizing my sightseeing in Kigali. It`s located near the airport and Kimoronko market which suited me perfectly. The photos on Booking are genuine.
