The property provided breakfast! My favorite part was the staff; they went above to assist with me getting a taxi to the airport, taking my luggage to my room and assisting when I didn't have cash.

The location in the downtown area. A restaurant onsite that was open 24 hours abd great variety of foods for breakfast. The staffs at the hotel really helped me tolerate my stay.
The bathroom had mold and needed deep cleaning. The shower was leaking and the issue for never fully addressed.

Big rooms with lots of outlets that accept any plug. Laundry service was good and fast. Great view from room.

The hotel is located right in the heart of Kigali, within walking distance of everything. You can easily explore the beauty of the city on foot—Kigali is clean, peaceful, and absolutely stunning.
Compared to other hotels, the pricing here is excellent and very budget-friendly. The rooms are incredibly clean—beyond description. The staff is what truly makes this place special: they are kind, warm, and extremely helpful.
Breakfast is included and can even be delivered to your room, which is a great bonus.
A special shoutout to the amazing young man Emmy, who works the evening shift around 10 PM. He is polite, gracious, and always ready to help—an absolute gem and a credit to the hotel. I truly appreciated his kindness and professionalism.
Don’t hesitate to book this hotel—it offers everything you could possibly need. And don’t miss visiting Rwanda, a breathtakingly beautiful country that’s as clean as it is charming, with lovely people that make you feel like hugging everyone you meet.

This is fairly big hotel close to downtown, a 5-min walk from the pedestrian street. The hotel has seen its best days and is ripe for a major renovation. Still, my stay (first time in Kigali) was pretty pleasant. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was really good.
The bed was quite hard, but that's a problem for me in many hotels. The room was big and clean, but many details would need renovation. Given as a feedback already, my room's smoke alarm and safety deposit box were missing batteries, and also the hairdryer was missing. I should have asked a new room, perhaps. Also, for an European, I was shocked (not literally) because there was a power outlet in the shower, just 30cm from the shower head. TIA!

The airport pickup and drop off was seamless. Dodos the driver was awesome orienting me into Kigali. Breakfast was good with good varieties, the room was spacious and very clean. I wanted a location within CBD and this worked very well for me. I got complimentary laundry services and room service for my entire stay. I will definitely stay here again.
