Location, cleanliness, comfort and value for money is good. Hot water is available, no air conditioned. Quiet place, option for rooms with balcony

The guy we checked in wasnt service minded. Paying by card was a problem. Paying with dollars was a problem. And didnt share breakfast wishes with colleagues.

Unfortunately, nothing positive to recommend here.
The Musanto hotel is an old, rundown hotel - maybe a 1-star property. Rooms lack fan or AC and the windows face directly onto communal walkways - like a motel. The only way to have privacy is to close the curtains and windows. hardly ideal. The bathrooms are horrible. I looked at the appalling breakfast and decided to eat at a nearby cafe. Really horrible!

The staff is very helpful and attentive. The breakfast is very good. The bed very comfortable. The location is good because it is in front of the lake, less than 150 meters from 3 restaurants and a disco.
The first time I stayed, I didn't like the bathroom. The shower was installed for someone less than 1.60 meters tall. And they never leave the plug for the bathtub in the room.

Hotel very clean. Staff excellent. Hotel close to the Lake and town. Food is good.
A small TV. Channels only changed at the reception. Every guest seeing the same channel whether one likes it or not. Bathroom - no lotion, shampoo, toothpaste and scrubs.

Wonderful
Everyone at the hotel was so nice and helpful. They gave us suggestions on things to do and and helped with arrangements. The food was very good and the grounds were beautiful.
The water was a bit iffy. Sometimes it was nice but others the temperature was cold and the pressure not good.

It was a nice stay, it is easy to go around from the hotel. And the hotel has a nice garden. The manager is really nice and helpful.
No lamp next to the bed. It would have be nice to have a towel for the hands and in the bathroom next to the shower as there was water everywhere on the floor without it. A curtain for the window in the bathroom would be also a good idea. The breafast was nice and all, especially in the garden : however, it would be great to do not have your plate taken away as soon as you finishing it, or barely finishing it :)

Great location, double beds for the twin room, comfortable.
Early check out at 10am and they call a number of times in the morning to alarm you.
