Wonderful
This property has so much charm and has been so well thought out. The beds were comfy with mosquito nets. They were beautifully furnished despite being tents. The place was peaceful with a lovely view of the lake. The restaurant especially the breakfast was incredible. Wed recommend the breakfast bowl and French toast. Staff were very friendly and very well placed to start the Congo Nile Trail on foot from this property. Also they had purified water you could fill up at - such a rarity here and saves plastic!
A little suggestion would be to make sure the soap is topped up in the toilets but otherwise a lovely stay

Excellent property with wonderful amenities and even more incredible staff. I felt completely safe there as a solo female traveler. Made some friends and will have memories to last a lifetime. Highly recommend the banana beer and boat excursions!

Nice garden. Comfy restaurant area. Close to the beach and amazing view. Good variety of food. Hutts are nice. They did a Easter bunny challenge for kids, which was cute.
Our bathroom was not cleaned upon arrival and generally not very clean. The bathrooms at the bungalows are an eco toilet without water, not that bad, but would have been nice to know.
Also, we wanted to book two of the experiences they offered, but none of the staff could tell us the night before or for 40minutes in the morning where we would actually have to go for it. So we had to cancel. The only information given was that some guy somewhere down the road (no name, again no location) would know where to go. Why would you offer experiences in the first place if you don't know where to send the guests.
In general the staff didn't seem to be to eager to help out. Just our waitress was nice and tried to help. The receptionist was very friendly, but unfortunately new and could barely speak English, so it was hard to communicate and/or get information.

It was like a little paradise. The view was amazing, the staff was friendly and accommodating and the food was delicious. We stopped for a small break and to relax in our round trip of Rwanda and it was worth it. We also had some car trouble not far from the lodge and Emmanuel, who works at Inzu Lodge, came right away to our aid.

super nice staff, pretty good food, nice view, great communal hang out area. would definitely come back
the water got turned off intermittently at the top tank. not great when we wanted to take showers. The security guards up top also lounged right outside our tent, which was fine but occasionally awkward.

The scenery of Inzu Lodge was amazing. It was amazing if you just want to read a book while enjoying the beautiful view, whether sitting in front of your tent or at the restaurant. Also the food at the restaurant was really good.
The place is a bit far from Gisenyi, when going there you have to use a motor bike.

I highly recommend Inzu! It's a truly beautiful and peaceful property with a fantastic view of Lake Kivu. Staff were wonderfully kind and the food was very tasty.
The wifi didn't work well from my room (though it worked great from the restaurant area and worked in other rooms). I also didn't have warm water in the shower (though other rooms did).

Very Good
Insanely good view of Lake Kivu. Breakfast and dinner were very enjoyable, especially the grilled fish platter of talapia and cripsy tiny fish!
