Perhaps the best hotel for me in Belgrade. Great location close to Old Town and restaurants. Great service and very comfortable rooms. In particular, I have enjoyed the hotel Restaraunt on the first (second) floor with a nice view and great team.

We chose the hotel to hold a business conference. Excellent location in the very center, on the Republic Square. Some rooms have a view of the square, some of the narrow courtyards and roofs behind the hotel. But despite the central location on a busy street, the hotel itself is quiet, with good sound insulation. Comfortable meeting room, excellent service during the conference. Warm and prompt welcome from reception. Fast and adequate response of management to emerging requests and problems.
As it was a business trip, I have comments regarding this purpose stay. The hotel bar closes quite early - at 11:00 PM, and the kitchen takes orders until 10:30 PM. The lobby is quite small to accommodate a group. I think for such a large business-oriented hotel it would be beneficial to extend the bar's opening hours so that you can sit there to talk for as long as you need. The toilet and bathroom in the room have a frosted glass wall and door. There is not enough sound insulation. For one person it is not important, but when not a family but friends or colleagues live in the room, it is inconvenient.

Cleanliness and staff were really great, and location is amazing. There could be more gluten-free and lactose-free options during breakfast, especially the coffee because it directly gives cow milk from the machine. And the hotel bar closes to early.

Great Location, right in the Center of the city. Breakfast is very good and the fresh pastries are amazing
Shower can be better (shower head was small and uncomfortable), water running hot and cold all the time (especially on shower "Rush hours". A pair of Slippers would have been nice to get. Also the room was too hot and there is no option to adjust the AC.
