There were no advance instructions, so things were hard to figure upon arrival.

The place is spacious, clean, comfortable and warm. You have everything you may need, including coffee, towels and even sweets. The place is close to the city centre and the host is nice.

The place is in excellent location, we didn't have the problem finding parking in front of the building. The apartment is really spacious and comfortable, clean and well equipped.
The only issue was heating. At night, it was hard to maintain the temperature in the second bedroom because the inventer AC is placed in the living room, and heat is well spread only to the bedroom connected to the living room.

Location is great, only a few minutes of walking distance from city center, grocery is also nearby. Apartment is well equipped and clean. Get in and out is a firm process.
Parking can be tricky (lack of free slots) on the street but that how it is in quite a few big towns. Kitchen is a bit small for 5 people.

Great location, the downtown is near, but the neighborhood is quiet (if you don't mind the traffic, which we don't). The apartment is cozy with many tastefully chosen details. We didn't get to meet the owners, but they were quick to respond and everything was easy and without any complications. The apartment is clean, Timisoara is beautiful and so green. We will definitely return.

The owner sent us in another flat she manages which had nothing to do (1 room, far from the center, not modern...). It was a big disappointment especially on a late arrival after a long trip on Christmas Eve.
The following communication to solve the whole issue has been long and unpleasant.
