good food, excellent pickles for dinner, clean, silent, excellent king size mattress, walking distance to city center, free parking at location
pillows are quite rudimentary, though decently good/soft. They should have 2-3 options for pillows and some complimentary still water as well.

Staff was very friendly and helpful (both reception desk and breakfast room). Location is perfect - walking distance to city centre (for example - Christmas market square). It took us maybe 5-8 mins to get there. Rooms were spacious and clean, beds were very comfy.
We booked 2 rooms. One of them had a very weird and intense smell, almost as previous guests smoked in it (even though it was a non smoking room and there is smoke detector) and then sprayed A LOT of room spray/deo spray to cover the smell. It was very clean, though (both rooms were).

Overall the hotel is pleasant and the location is just a few steps away from the city. The room size is decent for what i have booked (single bed). Nothing special for the breakfast.
There is some sort of detergent used that i did not liked at all - the smell is present on the halls and in the room. A more neutral detergent should be used.

Room is nice and clean and the location is near the city center. Personnel was nice and helpful and we had a good and rich breakfast. We had a 10 minutes walk to the cathedral and the Victoriei Square.

The room size, very small and you can hear the neighbors. The air conditioning was not working properly. It was so warm in the room and the breakfast had not so many options to choose from.

Close to the old city.
The bfast room is in a very dark basement-like room it doesnt give a good feeling. it is really boring bfast . I havent heard of a hotel much less one who has given a 4* that if the chef goes on a vacation the restaurant is closed. Its a hotel . Really weird.

Very clean, had parking, breakfast is nice., practically in the core center. Quiet.
Air-conditioning would turn off during the night and it would become warm. It turned off even though we would leave it on and set it at a low temperature.

I booked the room because it showed that it has tub. But they gave first a room without a tub. So I went back to the reception and ask for a room with a tub and they were very friendly to change it.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Savoy. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly, hotel itself was really lovely. Room was fine. Breakfast was good. Location about 20 or so minutes walk from Timisoara Nord station, and the beautiful city centre just a few minutes walk away. I had no idea Timisoara would be such a lovely city.

I liked the room, it was clean. I liked the location, closed to downtown.
I didn't like the fact that the parking was not included. Booking said it's parking included, but after I paid it came automatic reply from the hotel that parking it's upon availability, it is not guaranteed....
Also the staff when we arrived there, because there wasn't parking available at the time of our arrival, wasn't very helpful about this matter...
