Pleasant
The staff were fantastic and very polite. The woman working there was great, and one of the staff members with a darker complexion was extremely polite as well. There was also an older man, who I believe is the manager. Although he didn’t speak English, he was very kind and always smiling, just like the rest of the staff.
The room was not very clean. There was noticeable dust, and the bigger issue was hair clogging the shower drain. There was so much hair that we had to clean it ourselves before the water could drain properly.

Value for money is excellent and parking lot in front of the place practical. In 30 min comfortable walk one can be downtown Timisoara.

This hotel is so nice & cozy. It has beautiful garden ? The owner and staff are so nice and helpful. We also had a dinner there which was also tasty. The only thing i regret that we stayed only one night. But unfortunately we had planned our road before so it was not possible to stay longer . But if i go back to Timisoara definitely coming back to this hotel❤️

The way that the personal treat us was so rude. We wait for someone to serving us at the table when we try to eat so long and when someone finally came they act like we are there to steal the food.
