The hosts were very personable and hospitable, offered complimentary coffee, and great outdoor terrace for visiting. The place has a very homey feel and the hosts make it feel that way. The on site parking was also good.

the host was kind, there is air conditioning, the bedding is good
there is no refrigerator, no slippers, no shampoo, no kitchen... the cleaning lady literally chased us out shouting angrily go go .. she asked us to pay for the accommodation again when we were leaving... and we did it as soon as we arrived. she wanted to take a very good daily wage for herself behind the back of her boss .. such a high rating is only because of the boss who is kind and seems like a good man to me .. Otherwise tourists should be instructed to know that the water is not for drinking in Timisoara.

4 families spent one night - we had more than we needed. Comfortable rooms, cozy back yard, tasty coffee on the house. We liked so much, that we chose the same spot for the 1 night stop in Timisoara coming back from our trip.

Exceptionally clean, nice beds, clean bathroom, 1 soap provided, two towels per person, everything was great and more than enough for one night stay. Internet connection is super fast, ~381 Mbps. Not all the staff doesn't speak proper English, but we were able to communicate with each other just fine and they are very friendly and helpful, providing us with free private parking. They surprised us with a free cake for New Year's Eve, both my friend and I got a huge piece of Tiramisu, which was easily the size of three regular slices. And it was the best Tiramisu I've ver tried, homemade and not a store-bought.
The only thing we didn't like was that the water was smelly, it had a bit of a nasty smell of pipes. However, I don't think this is the hotel's problem, as lots of nearby cities in Serbia have the same struggle with water. I have no doubts that next time I come to Timisoara I'm staying here!

Clean and comfortable. Nice gentleman who takes care of the place.
Not a fan of a dog in the courtyard. Well behaved animal but still dogs should be kept for people who like animals and not in public spaces.
