The room was clean. The property itself looks cute, probably more so in spring /summer, from what I can see in the pictures. The garden must be very relaxing, yet we visited in winter so we didn't /couldn't see all that.
The heating is good.
It was very quiet.
The room is VERY basic. The furniture isn't very functional, cuz everthing is soooo tiny! There isn't enough space on the tv shelf (the only flat surface availabile, aparat from the tiny bedside 'tables' (that look more like bar chairs)) to leave any stuff, like basic stuff - your keys, the wallet, let alone a bag of chips of two cups of coffee and not make a mess. What is more, you can't even make coffee or have it in your room as there are neither chairs nor at least a tiny table. We asked about some basic kitchen utilities, like sth for making a cup of coffee or tea, but these don't come without some prior announcement (before arriving) or sth like that. It would be nice to have at least two chairs in the room so you don't have to hold your juice glasses in your hands and sit on the bed while trying to chill out a bit in the room. No space for clothes either, apart from a tiny tiny kind of closet with 4 hangers, no shelves or drawers.
The toiletries for 2 people for two nights were :two miniature bags of shampoo the size of a credit card and two cheap hotel soap bars the size of a coin. Bring your own toiletries. Yet, mind you that there is no room in the bathroom to put them. You can place a small makeup bag on the washbasin, but, of course, It will get soaked. No shelf or cabinet or anything like that.
This makes the room a tad uncomfotable as you have to keep all your stuff in the bags and can't unpack property. The smell from the sewage not too nice.
It is quite far from the downtown, almost 5km.

Room was great, and clean.
Young girl working on reception was very kind. She was really helpful, since we had some problems with our car.
Your privacy is guaranteed, nobody bothers you and you have everything you need.
We would recommend it to everyone.

Very friendly and helpful staff, nice location on a quiet part of the city. They have a nice garden, with a fish pound and kiosks where the guests can relax. Good breakfast.
They had issues with the air conditioning and it happened to be in one of the hottest day in Timisoara so it was a bit unpleasant. In a normal day it shouldn't be a big problem.

The lake with the fish, my daughter was super exited. It was clean, the staff was super kind and helpful. We really appreciate their support in solving our situation. We will come back here for sure ♡
