Everything was bad ! No breakfast as was supposed to be included in price, no towel change , no one at reception, dirty bathroom, terrible pillows ! Very dissapointed !

Everything were perfect. They were so kind and friendly. It was next to bus station. Everyday she prepare new breakfast and it was so delicious. And our room was really clean and comfortable.

A very solid hotel with convenient parking, spacious rooms and good equipment. Breakfast without a buffet, but tasty and nicely served.
Nice and smiling staff create conditions for a pleasant stay. The person at the reception is flexible and adjusts to your preferred check-in times.
Could be at least a bottle of water as part of the room equipment.

Good place to stay when in transit. Not much to do otherwise. Good size of room. Not much to say as we were staying for a few hours during the night in our way to Serbia.
No Swedish buffet. We were in a rush and went to serve the breakfast as soon as possible. But we had to wait as every dish is prepared separately. The breakfast is poor but you will not starve- some eggs, salami, cheese and a few little vegetables. After we waited to be served, we waited again to drink our coffees- that too is served individually.

Everywhere was clean, quiet, the staff very friendly; right after we arrived, the lady brought us cofee and cold water with a slice of lemon ( from the house)!
We didn't stay for breakfast, had to come back home - a few hundreds kilometers.
We were quite impress by the hotel and the atmosphere there. Congratulations for the owners!

Location was okay for walking into Timișoara. Relatively quiet neighborhood.
In short - inattentive staff, shower mouldy and falling apart, white stains on bed. Stay elsewhere!
In long - Arrived 5pm, hotel open, no one to be found. Called number on door, answered by a woman who I think is the owner. Says she'll send someone along to give me my room key but can she disturb me later for payment (sounds ominous, only just arrived, staying 2 nights - fortunately no disturbance materialised). Man appears, gives me room key and card for top floor, says breakfast 8-10am, agree 8am. Noted a number of opened/unopened beer cans scattered on each floor. Room is dark and dingy, shower is horrendous, base falling apart and leaking, significant build up of black mould around base and shower head (clearly not a new problem). Mattress is thin and noted a number of white stains on cushions on bed and headboard. No air con remote in room, go find man again who suggests there could be a payment required, rings woman, then hands over remote. Very tempted to leave at this point! Stay anyway, come downstairs at 8am next morning, no sign of hotelier, another man waiting for breakfast. Around 8:30, woman comes down (assume owner). Does then provide coffee and water, and tries to be attentive but another 20 minutes or so before breakfast materialises whilst she cooks all for one sitting. Dead flowers on fresh water on the table. Around 11:40am that morning am out and about and get a call from the woman, asking why I didn't stay the night and she's marked me as a no show - despite having spoken to her on the phone the day before (on the same number) and spoken to her at breakfast! Have to explain that I did in fact stay the night and give her the number of the room. (Somewhat strange - unsure if booking.com work around, definitely makes it harder to leave a review!). No daily room clean service. Next morning, breakfast has started by 8, little bit more efficient, same dead flowers.
