The staff is absolutely at the height of the task. The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. The building is stylish with a nice garden. Parking is safe and clean. The hotel has all you can expect from a Hilton chain.
There is a step between the entrance and the room and it is dangerous if you forget about it at night while trying to reach the bathroom. The windows can't be opened, just a bit, so you cannot get fresh air really. In the bathroom the door on the shower cabin could not be closed perfectly, so the water went out of the cabin. And how good an idea the white carpets are, I do not know, because you can see where the carpet got stained. It has been cleaned, but on a white or beige carpet you cannot make it disappear.

The hotel is amazing! Extremely clean, well equipped, and great staff. Everyone was very caring and helpful during my stay. The breakfast is outstanding!! Love the food! My room was luxurious and spacious, very well maintained and comfortable. Will definitely come back!

Everything was perfect. We liked limited number of guests by the pool, so pool was not crowded ? Rooms were comfortable and nice. In the same time, wedding was in hotel, but we didnt hear any noise in the room. We will come again for sure.

Excellent hotel, very clean, accommodating staff, large and quiet rooms, great bathroom.
We stayed in few other hotels in Timisoara, even more central ones, and we weren't exactly happy. But this hotel met and exceeded our expectations, it's just beautiful and comfortable.
Room is nice and large, bathroom was great with a large walk-in shower.
The position is not great as it's bit far from city centre (not within walking distance), but we got taxi/Bolt easily to town and on our way back; 10 mins drive without worries.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making sure everything was on point. We got a free upgrade from a queen room to a king room, which was amazing. The bed was incredibly comfortable and it helped me recover quickly from a 10 hour drive. They had an extra terrace on the second floor with easy access for smokers. The hotel is pet friendly and my dog loved it as well. The restaurant, although not having a big menu, provides amazing food and service. Breakfast was top - there is a person ready to prepare fresh omelets and pancakes, coffee and fresh juice is prepared on demand and served without extra charges and not from the typical buffet machines other hotels have. Plenty of secure parking spaces available.
It looks like a popular wedding place and although the wedding hall and in general the building with the rooms are well isolated, if there are guest from the wedding staying overnight, they can get a bit noisy in the hallways. I would just avoid staying over the weekends or ask in the future upfront if there is a wedding planned.

An unforgettable stay!
I happened to stay here on my birthday, and the hotel surprised me with champagne and flowers in the morning — such a thoughtful gesture! The atmosphere was elegant, the room spotless, and the staff incredibly kind. I truly felt special. Highly recommended!
