I booked this hotel mainly for its pool and spa, hence compromising on location and room.
The front desk was friendly and prompt. The hotel itself is clean. There is free onsite parking.
The Olympic pool is clean. Around it, there are multiple saunas as well as a jacuzzi. It was not exactly empty but also not overcrowded. All good for a relaxing swim session after work
The room was a bit odd, with an innovative way to split shower, sink, and toilet while still having a TV. All functioned well but at first glance you would think... Wait, what?
I also had dinner at the restaurant. Food is of good quality, there is a good variety. The items are prices fair. Breakfast was very good in terms of variety and quality of items
The location is a bit outside the center and in an industrial area. I did not mind it but if you want to visit the town, there may be better options. Parking gets crowded in the evenings. If you have issues, my advice is to ask the reception for guidance.

Food was nice, facilities are ok, indoor and outdoor pools were nice, gym also and sauna.
Not all options in spa were available, finish spa and turkish bath are there but out of work. 3* rooms are not so good. I didn't like the fact that shower and toalet are separated and the shower is basicaly in the room.

Staff was pleasant and professional. Breakfast was excellent.
No wifi in the room. The air conditioning did not work. The one step/stair located before entering the single digits rooms is very dangerous. There was no light and one can easy fall, sprain the ankle, or even worse, fracture something. It requires a yellow pain/line across the floor and at least a proper lighting before someone gets a bad injury.

This hotel is idealy located nearby timosoara's airport.
The spa and pools are of very high standard.
Indoor and outdoor real swimming pools (not just spa)
The personnel at the reception was very friendly and devloted to customers, doing their best to fullfill expectations.

Spacious room with balcony, free parking and well-stocked breakfast. Spa complete with sauna, steam room and swimming pools (which can also be accessed by people not staying at the hotel).
Kind staff but hard to find. Very slow dinner service.

Room and restaurant super clean, food delicious and at reasonable prices. Staff was incredibly nice and flexible, orientated to making the stay pleasant. Beni in particular went above and beyond in making my stay a success.
The pool and the jacuzzi/shower are at the spa are in great need of renovation.
