Very friendly staff and okay breakfast. Good space for parking outside. Good bed and bathroom.
Poor sound isolation. AC machines are disabled all seasons except summer (but they have radiators). Opening the room door with their system via the phone didnt work, needed to manually enter pin to enter room. Light in the room dimmed by itself every 2 minutes.

The hotel is pleasant, clean with touches of classical and vintage charm creating warm atmosphere. Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful with great communication.
Hotel also has a free parking and easy access.
Bathroom might be a bigger, although is very clean.

Helpful stuff, clean bedsheets and toilet. The breakfast was unique and very tasty: it was not the common hotel breakfast. 20-25 minutes walk from the old town square

The friendly staff, great accommodation, within walking distances from the Amazonia aquapark and down town, as well as the Iulius mall.
The guest app is very helpful.

Incredibly lovely stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast with diverse selection. Free use of the hotel Netflix account was a pleasant surprise. Definitely would return here if ever in the area and very much recommend.

The misleading that they had a pool the odasaty they wanted to charge me $200 for a nightstand I didn't brake for the fact they said I was dirty and left the pillow on the floor and used their cheap bed rug as floor rug ..and the best part the so called managed after I called him out on his scam Cuz there are no pools.. he wanted to give me us 2 free nights if I didn't Wright a bad review... I gave it 2 stars cuz the only good person was the new young girl that was super nice and provided us with ice and coffee..

This was a great little hotel with Romanian charm. The rooms are simple yet clean. The breakfast was great and the staff were super welcoming.
Even though the room was a non-smoking room, it smelt like smoke. The AC was not that powerful.

Good location, very friendly staff and willing to help all the time, good breakfast, nice courtyard, close to the park. The apartment we stayed was big and spacious with comfortable beds.

Very responsive, kind, hospitable staff, they changed our room promptly when the air conditioning turned out to be defective, and generally responded very quickly to all requests.
Breakfast was decent, a bit pricey. A mini fridge in the room would be a welcome addition.
Very close to bus station, and taxi can be arranged easily at the hotel.

Quiet, renovated, spotlessly clean hotel with very friendly and helpful receptionist. Good location, good value for the room. Parking is available for free in the hotel yard.
After an ordeal with accommodation in Timisoara that I had reserved and was not as expected, I had to quickly find a place to stay for the night myself and my daughter.
Kardelen greeted us at the hotel (we didn't have a reservation, I just wanted to check before I drive off to another city).
She was extremely helpful, nice, and provided exceptional service and answered all my questions not just related to the room, but also for local restaurants, places to go and also places in the vicinity. She assured me about the safety of the hotel (it's actually very peaceful and it's locked for the night with security system in place).
Kardelen has excellent command of English and communication with her was pleasant and helpful.
Thanks to her being welcoming and creating relaxing and safe atmosphere, I ended up enjoying the stay!

Newly refurbished, nice garden, comfortable beda.
They opened the accomodation altough they had a wedding happening on the 4th floor. The music and noise are not quite ok for people just visiting and not willing to go to bed at 3 a.m.

The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was very polite and friendly. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is located close to the city center, about 10-15 minutes walking distance, also tram and busses are available in the area to reach the city center quickly. The hotel has a very good parking place. The location is very good, in a quiet neighbourhood. All in all a great place to stay to visit Timisoara or attractions nearby.

Good location. Nice staff. Loved smart TV as you could use the Netflix app and watch your own shows.
Although EV charger is mentioned there is none at the property ( there are 2 at the nearby Kaufland )
