The room is big with amenities in the bathroom. The breakfast was okayish (eggs, ham, cheese, coffee, milk, cereal, bacon, bread, some sweets like kuglof, pies etc...
There were hotel parkings available, but if you come late at night, it could happen that all slots are occupied.
Check-in/check-out process was easy and smooth. Staff was very kind.
15 lev from hotel to city center with Bolt taxi.
Heating seems like its not working.

We were staying in a very spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Both TVs had youtube and Netflix, the heating worked great. It was not too busy so there was enough parking space for us. There was a good continental breakfast, constantly refilled.

The staff was polite and interacted with the children.
The bathroom had big mushrooms grown, so it was clear that it was not a proper clean up being done for awhile.
There are not enough parking lots.

Easily reachable from highway. Room was large and clean. No mosquitoes. Staff was friendly and forthcoming. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, plenty of parking places. I would definitely book another time.

Huge family room, clean and spacious. Very good breakfast. Very nice staff.
The location is not touristic at all. Hotel is surrounded by local houses, so the view is to people's yards and living rooms. At night the streets are not very well lit, and there is no restaurant close by.
