Staff was ok.
We had to take 2 rooms and they we not door to door, though they were on on the same floor.

Breakfast was OK, but it was kind of poor.
Too warm in the room, 25 degrees, we tried to use the airco, but it was not working.

Not so good. Very noisy room, you could hear all the noise from the street all night long.
Bathroom was not so clean.
The breakfast was very poor, nothing like any Best Western I stayed before. Not much to choose from. A grumpy lady was at the entrance of the breakfast room.
I will never return here.
