It was very, very cold.

The guy from the reservation phone was great. Room was warm and clean.
The fitness center should be removed from the facilities. Its more like a storage room for old 3 machines. Breakfast not diversified at all. Maybe it worths more during the summer as a couple. Small room. Low value for money.

Nice little hotel, cozy restaurant, close enough to the city center. Most staff are polite and helpful.
I’ve stayed here a few times in the past and I intend to stay again in the future.
Parking (when available) is a big bonus.
Just a few observations. Even though I requested, parking was not available on arrival and I was told to find a spot on the street because all reserved spots were taken by restaurant customers. While most staff are polite and very helpful, some still need to improve their customer skills. Romanian may be their second language but, if they choose to use it, certain communication skills, including the polite addressing formulas, are a must when interacting with clients. Courtesy is a necessity in any respectful hotel. Also, a smile will go a long way.
I do not believe that reception staff should leave the front desk unattended while having their meal in the restaurant.
While this is not a problem for me, the furniture is getting a little old.
One important suggestion: the restaurant menu needs to offer more variety. That way, more hotel guests would choose to have dinner in house.

Better avoid the hotel! They have cancel our booking and offered an "upgrade" to a 3 stars hotel without any addition cost (like a bad joke). We have refused their offer and they refused to refund our money.

The swimming pool was the best of our trip. The grounds were lovely. The staff in the restustant and pool area were friendly and competent. It was easy to find and easy to park.
There were no restuarants or cafes or grocery stores within easy walking distance. The bathroom was very small. The room was dark and small.

Overall great services, a nice location with an awesome pool, very close to the center. The food from the restaurant was also very good, I definitely recommend this location!
The breakfast buffet was always running out, so a bit more attention to this would have been great, probably a staff shortage is the cause.

Casa del Sole is an oase in the middle of the city. It is 15 min walk from city center and has a grocery store and pharmacy within 5 min walking distance.
The rooms were clean. We enjoyed the breakfast and the varied-menu restaurant. The main attraction for the kids was the wonderful pool.

The boutique hotel actually was much bigger than I expected. Great facilities with gourmet restaurant, pool, spa and sauna. Great living very suitable for reading before going to bed...
The bed foaming was a bit soft but something really bad...it was a bit farther away from downtown but nothing really bad: 15 min. Comensation: quiet neighbourhood.
