Good location, I really like FITT since there's always things going on in there! Surprisingly, despite there being an event going on downstairs, the noise didn't reach our hotel room. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom had basic necessities!

Furniture is so bad .....old ....
Apartment was cold ...
If you want to use hot water,you have to turn on the tap ans let it run for for a few minutes..5 -10 min

The location and the friendliness of stuff
My room was located above the restaurant. First night ( Thursday night) they had very loud music until 2 in the morning. I changed the room the next day, and Friday night the music was very very loud and lasted until 5:30 in the morning - I could not sleep at all on Friday night. Saturday night again loud music but I fell asleep around 2:00 ( I was very tired after previous night) and I am not sure when the music stopped. Sunday and Monday night was quiet. Also it seems to bee a problem with the toilets - in both rooms, the toilets did not work properly

The rooms are very clean, the staff are helpful and polite, the location is very close to center and there's free parking on weekends. There was a metal concert outside but I count that as a good thing :)
ventilator in the bathroom was loud and squeaky every time you turn on the light, but other than that everything was great :)

For one of the smallest prices in town, it was pretty good. Conditions are pretty modest but for the given price, you cannot ask for more. Also, it was pretty clean.

Second visit at the location - I knew what I was getting there. The concert I was looking for was downstairs so perfect place for the purpose. And a place to park my motorcycle just in front of the location.

Good and verry clean, the staff are great and the hôtel are nearly to a profi 24/7. Who is a amazing.
But the Wi-Fi is slow and to far from the room.
