Pretty central location (don't get fooled to pay more for something ultra-central, it's a small town).
The location is right across the police station (very safe spot), the room was clean and warm (very important in the winter).
The bathroom had a working fan and literally no smell which I find amazing.
The breakfast was fairly decent, you get eggs, a selection of cheese and some more meat products, yogurt, porridge, toast and even some fruit.
There's also coffee and tea, milk and cereals, the whole lot.
The owner is friendly, she will send you information about checking in even on your WhatsApp and she's ready to help with anything you might need.
Overall it's a great value for money paid, it's above average(in my opinion) and I would definitely recommend it.
*It also has a fairly clean air conditioning unit so that's a big plus for the summer
** The room has radiators with thermostats so you can adjust the temperature
The place says it has parking but it's actually public street parking (at the moment the weekend is free, also from 8:00 PM during the week).

The rooms are nice and confortable and the location is good. It is self check-in so not much contact with staff, but we had all information needed for a good stay.
The breakfast was poor.
