For me the location was excellent
I am disabled. It was very uncomfortable going up and down to my room. the breakfast was plentiful, but boring, impersonal. The variety of domestic food was missing. I spent 19 days in the hotel and ate the same eggs, salami and butter bread every day

Very clean property, with exceptional hosts. Big, comfy and bright rooms, also great dcor throughout the entire property. A great place to stay, near the city Center.
Everything was great. The breakfast could be a bit more diversified, although there was good food for breakfast.

Kind receptionist if available :-). Saxonian style furniture. Hightech bathroom and shower. I liked it. Bed and price ok.

First of all, I like the kindness and hospitality of the hotel management. The rooms are clean. The furnish is elegant and neat.
Maybe, the parking is not so easy.

the owner was very friendly and helpful; the room was very clean and big; the beds were large and comfortable; the breakfast buffet was very good, fresh and large; we could walk into town, it is in the old center so close to everything. we could easily find a parking space on the street close to the villa Helvetia.
