The Hotel has very nice and friendly.
The room was very good and nice, with the small items more than 5 stars hotel.
The dinner was very special, with lot of knowledge on the cooking. presentation, variety of wine well adapted to food ordered.
The breakfast was also very nice.
About the location: it is a very small city but with very beautiful soundings places: Brasov, Poiana, Sinia..., balneary small towns as: Covasna, Tusnad...

A wonderful combination between classic and modern. It was a pleasure for us spending one night at this Villa.
The staff is very friendly and eager to help, the breakfast is pretty good.
The smell that was coming through the sewage pipes into the room in the morning.

Beautiful Rooms and very cozy and relaxing beds!
The spa/ is a little bit small and could be maintained more frequently!
We had problems with a very noisy neighbors (music/screaming/laughter… like a party…) in the hotel and the staff was not supporting to solve the situation and ask the other guest to calm down.

I picked this location because it had free access to the spa area, but the jacuzzi which was the most important for me, was broken. Meaning that it was set on 41 degrees and with no chance of turning it down. 41 degrees it unpleasant and not practicabile.

We get the wrong room with a twin bed instead of a king-size bed, In order to change room i was needed to go to the lobby get new key and return the wrong one just because there was just one stuff member,
The room was not accessible with elevator to take the luggage

Beautifully restored historic villa in a great position in the city. Part of the Privo Hotel there and we've stayed in both.
Great outdoors gardens, lots of plants, trees, walkways - looks like a fairly land, kids loved it and lots of ppl we're coming there to take pictures.
They have an amazing gourmet restaurant in the hotel- highly recommend it. Great menu, gourmet cooking, exquisite plating in a wonderful decorated space with half indoor and outdoor flows.
Rooms are large but the beds could be much more comfortable.
We're staying in the Privo hotel next time ;)

We stayed in the old villa which was very nicely renovated while preserving its old charm and old furniture.
The property is very nice with a parking facilities (indoor and outdoor) and also a small park to chill.
The staff was friendly and the breakfast and restaurant were very good.
The spa was a bit disappointing (one sauna didnt work) and the other small one was occupied although we reserved it.

The firmness of bed was awful, pillows unusable.
And the air heating facility was hurling all night long.

Nice staff, very clean, nice bathroom.
About 20’ minutes walking to city center. The twin beds were separated somehow and a bit small.
