Poor
The rooms are nice, big and clean. Same for the bathroom. Breakfast menu is quite comprehensive. Staff is nice.
I stayed for 2 nights(Friday & Saturday) and each night there was a very loud party/event till 12:15 am. This place feels like an event place that happens to have some rooms. I don’t know if during the week it’s so loud but that is not okay. Also one other minor thing is that I found egg shells in my scrambled eggs.

The room was clean, very close to the town centre. It has a nice and shady terrace outside the entrance.
Bed was awful and very unconfortable, matrace slipped to one side. There were a pub near to the building and it was very noisy till late night. The air conditioner controller had to be requested at reception. Staff was very bored. Breakfast was very poor.

The room was nice, quite big and very clean. The bed, although I booked a single room, was a huge one, my guess is they don't really have single rooms, but sell the double room at a lower price.
It was easy to find, there are 2 parkings, one underneath the building and one beside it. I recommend the one in the open beside the building for larger cars, the one underneath can become crowded and narrow. It is also close to the center if needed.
Breakfast is not buffet, but there are several "standard" options and you can customize it in many ways. I asked for a cheese omelet, with some feta on the side and a fresh tomato and cucumber salad, everything was delicious.
I ate outside whenever I could on the terrace, it is quite nice, especially in the morning.
There was an event right on my day of arrival, they apologized for it in advance and told me to come to the reception if it bothers me. It didn't bother me that much, but the worse thing was the parking was full and people parked also right in the middle of the parking blocking several parking places (empty ones).
The outside sitting area (terrace) is very close to the street so there is some noise.
