Very quiet, large rooms, really good kitchen
No air conditioning, almost impossible to sleep during heatwaves. A small air fan in bathroom worked for about 30 seconds.
Parking a longer car requires very good skills in precision driving, especially without backing camera. Don't even try without parking sensors.
