Location was quite, small terrace outside, parking, breakfast was tasty, host gave good tips on local attractions
Having to climb an abrupt and narrow wooden staircase to get to the bathroom
Staff switching to Hungarian language when discussing payment after I refused to cancel the booking and pay them directly in cash...

Everything was excellent! The location and rooms were super clean, very confortable, large with the necessary amainities.
Breakfast was extra delicious and the hosts absolutly fabulous. They made us feel at home. Very friendly, polite and helpfull.

The property was well maintained ,the owner was very friendly and helpful , we had a good time staying there We recommend Pension Norbert to anyone who wants to relax and enjoy the place
First of all , the cleaning of the room and around the house , kitchen is full with everything you need to enjoy your breakfast and lunch or dinner , everything you’re looking is there for your needs

First of all - great hosts! The place is equipped with nicely furnished shared kitchen and spacious hall, clean rooms (beside some accidental spider webs on walls and in corners in ours I think, since we've been to just 1 room). Very spacious bathroom! Owners have a cute barrel sauna and a wooden pool) It was too hot for us to use it, however it looked cool! Should be a great experience in winter) Back yard also had a swing) Fresh mountain air in the bucolic countryside, Great both for kids and adults!)
A crazy neighbours dog was howling and barking all the time in the night and during morning hours, tirelessly. It was ridiculous. It's not nearly hosts fault, but tenants need to get mentally prepared.
Tiny meter-wide closed is unfitting for 2 people, with not nearly enough hangers considering there were no shelfs AL ALL that made us store clothes piled up on the bottom in bags. Ugh( Bathroom looked like it survived vandals attack. No light on the mirror, shelfs ripped off tiles with just nails and holes left, no shower hanger (assumingly also ripped off by someone) missing mirror shelf (only fastenings left). 1 tiny double-sided hook was not nearly enough to dry 2 bathroom towels. No shower curtain or door (broken/missing also just fastenings left), water goes on the floor. Damage done to a room was a sore sight for a quite nice renovation it had in the beginning ... Also, doesn't look like it's something unrepearable. Shelfs, hooks, doors, curtains all can be restored for fairly low price. I don't understand why hosts decided to keep it this way. Sad(
