Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The room was incredibly large and spacious, beautifully arranged down to the smallest detail. Everything was spotless and perfectly in place — one of those rooms where you instantly feel at home (but slightly fancier).
Everything throughout our stay was just right. The staff were wonderful — helpful, attentive, and full of good humor, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. It’s always a bonus when professionalism comes with a smile and a joke.
There’s also convenient parking available behind the hotel, which made things very easy for us.
All in all, a warm, welcoming experience from start to finish. We would happily return!

About 5 minutes walk to Sighisoara main attractions like the fortress. Air conditioning worked great. Friendly staff. Hotel bar/restaurant was nice. Far enough away from the main tourist area that you get a quiet night’s sleep.

Great location right across the street from a park and the medieval citidel area. Clean room with lots of space. Fluffy towels. Nice pillows and linens. The "John T Restaurant" off the lobby was delicious for dinner and the breakfast buffet had good choices. Parking was secure and onsite. Staff was responsive to all inquiries.

The hotel is very conveniently located, on a main central road, allowing access to the medieval part of town.
Room, in the attic, was nice and comfy.
Next morning breakfast was excellent.

Great location in the old town, private parking for the car, large and atmospheric rooms with air conditioning, a huge bath for those who like to lie down, perfect cleanliness. The staff is friendly, breakfast with a variety of dishes and a working coffee machine

Very Clean. Women at Reception very helpful and attentive to every need.
If you are old you have to step up high to climb into the old tub to get into it and shower yourself. This could be dangerous for an elderly person. I am 69 and I am good shape but for an elderly person not in good shape the climb over the side of the tub could be dangerous.

The hotel building and restaurant are well maintained, very cozy and in good taste. Great location, only a couple minutes from restaurants and coffee places as well as the clock tower.
The attic rooms were okay but wouldn't take the same type of room again. There was only a small ceiling window, it felt like suffocating. The AC was very loud and worked only on high settings, you could only turn it on or off.

Our recent stay was truly enjoyable, largely thanks to the hotel's excellent location. Being able to easily access nearby attractions and amenities made our trip so much more convenient.
The staff were incredibly helpful throughout our visit and always ready to assist. We also thoroughly enjoyed the good breakfast offered each morning, providing a great start to our days.
Our room was very clean, and we were particularly grateful for the air-conditioning, which made for a comfortable and relaxing environment.
Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel!

Everything, from reception to breakfast, parking area, location, elevator, bedroom… one of the best hotels I had the opportunity to stay in Romênia. We had the opportunity to have the breakfast buffet (since there was a small group in the hotel) and the breakfast of your choice and both were equally perfect.
They are all nice and attentive and the restaurant in the hotel is amazing with Romanian and international food choices! Strongly recommend
