Friendly hosts, cozy outdoor space, clean room, great breakfast and dinner.
Entire region is without water (showers limited) and forgot that you pay on site (cash only).

Excellent location and just the overall atmosphere of the place. Very nice, clean and quiet. The food was absolutely delicious and overly abundant I would say. It really does feel like a top choice for a short retreat.
As I mentioned, the food really was great and very abundant, but also pricey of course. It's kind of an "all you can eat", which is nice, but in the evenings I wasn't really that hungry and I had to pay 100% for a dinner I served 20% of. What I'm saying is that some extra choices for reduced portions or something like that would be welcome for some of us.

It was a nice way to experience country life in an old German style house, but still having some modern life perks. Its a quiet place so you can relax. Despite the water problem caused by the village authorities with some never ending pipes replacing, the property tries to offer access to running water for showering, but if you love a long hot shower that will not be possible. Breakfast is available and enough for everyone, so thats a plus. For lunch and dinner you have enough restaurants options in a maximum radius of 20 km. The road is asphalted and the property is easy accessible.
I would recommend emptying the room trash bin daily or replacing it with a bigger trash bin, as it can fill very fast. Also a little bit more attention to details, the room was clean and the floor was mopped except under the bad, a small detail that can make a great room perfect.

Breakfast. Very good sleeping mattresses. Very quite. The hosts were very nice. In general very nice facilities, very good for disconnecting from busy urban life.
Scarcity of water, due to local drought. Tap water was not drinkable, but hosts provided bottled water. Bathroom door was not closing. If 2 people took shower in 2 different bathrooms in the same time, water pressure dropped significantly.

The house has only 5 rooms. They are all furnished traditionally. The garden is beautiful, spacious, with corners to hide in and lots of flowers. It's right on Via Transilvanica and the bike trails from TBT so it's a very good location for bike tours (which we did). The village is sleepy and quiet. We had dinner one night and the cooking was sensational. You have to discuss with the host before and decide on the meals, you cannot just drop in and ask for dinner. Wifi is available.
The showers were leaking and that gave an unpleasant smell in the bathrooms.

This place exceeded our expectations! Both breakfast and dinner were exceptional. Rooms were very spacious, nicely decorated and comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. They all deserve 10+ mark for their kindness and helpfulness during our stay. Definitely place to go in Cloasterf!

Big spacious and welcoming yard.
Great hosts and delicious breakfast.
The rooms are not properly sound isolated so you can hear every step from the room above. Also the room was a bit cold.
