Very Good
Location is central, staff was amazing, very helpful and kind, they agreed with late check-out and late breakfast. Easy check-in and entrance after midnight.
A little bit outdated and old. Curtains need replacement and maybe a bit of renovation. Overall a good score, but could be a bit better.

Located in the center of the town. Large rooms and wonderful staff. Staff was highly supportive and courteous. Wonderful restaurant in the hotel and everyone was wonderful. Stay here if you come to Sighişoara.

Smack in the middle of the citadel with a lot of history behind it. Old timey vibe with modern comfort.
The room was a bit cold during the day as the heaters only turned on during night hours.

Location and staff are wonderful. The place is right in the heart of Sighisoara, overlooking the square.
Bathrooms are outdated, we were only given 2 towels total. Breakfast is in a dark tiny room, a bit underwhelming. There is no elevator.

The location is very good, the building feels authentic enough. The basics of the breakfast are fine, there is a nice terrace with an unbeatable view.
Our air conditioning did not work properly (triple room). At first it seemed to push cold air but that was just a sham for the first minute. With temps of 35C outside it was impossible to sleep well in 29C. The overall quite helpless staff escalated to owners who gave a colder room while waiting for repairs. Which never happened during the two nights. Points for giving another room,but we booked three beds, not a twin bed and a sofa. A set of fans would have probably solved things well enough. Explaining they had run out of gas can hardly be classified as an unexpected technical problem as they tried to paint it. Either admit you do not have AC or set up a proper one.
In general, the resident staff felt more like waiters than hotel professionals. Upon arrival had to call them because there is a barrier down at the foot of the hill. Got nonsensical advice to pay the man at the toll booth. In fact they let anyone through for free.. and the parking you have to pay yourself. (Use TPark app instead of the dumb ticket machine that only sells for the day).
Also, during breakfast you had better hunt down the waiters to get your coffee and fried eggs.. they will not necessarily ask and they often forget. Esp. the young one. Not sure he even understands English.

The location and authentic medieval design made our stay so magical!
One thing to note is that the AC is central air, and being on the third floor was warmer in the summer than we would have liked. It wasn’t a huge deal, but just something to keep in mind.

Great location, clean and beautiful interior.
The staff wasn’t really interested in greeting us. I had to look for a receptionist because no one was there when we arrived. Finally realized the “guests” who were outside on the terrace were actually the staff. A woman finally got up after I went in and out of the building looking for someone to check in. No smiles either. The next morning the breakfast was not great, with bread, a few slices of cheese , a tiny bit of salami, dry cereal, a basket of old apples and yogurt. The same staff reluctantly offering coffee. I received a tiny one and no chance of a refill or a juice for my friend who doesn’t drink coffee. She got herself some water. The staff doesn’t look very happy to see their guests at the property. The property is also a restaurant but had to go somewhere else to eat supper upon our arrival the night before because no one was hinting they could help us with that either. The other terraces seemed to be happier places to eat. We were treated very kindly at the restaurant beside the hotel. Meanwhile the staff continued their night on the terrace, not seeming to be doing anything for any guests.

Obviously perfectly located, but also you get a warm welcome from the hosts. We had a very large room with a delightfully big bed. But what you must not miss, is having a meal at the restaurant. They have an amazing cook.

The hotel is truly in a prime location in the citadell. It is historic and well kept. The room we stayed at was impressive, historic but familiar.
The breakfast was rather basic. Staff not always availble, utensils and glasses not refilled - only upon request, the freshly made egg dishes are some days available some days not. Most products are from Lidl. As there is no option to book without a breakfast, it is an OK adition to one's stay but there is room for improvement.
