The price and hotel looks were good
The shower, barely running water and also, i stayed 2 nights, but no garbage cleaning was done in between. It might have been because of the Christmas day however, the ashtrey and the garbage bin could have been cleaned up

Clean and decent room. Great reception staff. Decent price.
There was a party bellow us hosted by the hotel. This practice of mixing party goers and regular guests should stop. Also, the manager (or owner) should not scream at his employees, especially very loud and in the presence of all the hotel guests. I could hear him while inside my room.

Generally speaking, it wasn't good. Room service is poor. Don't wait that someone will clean your room. Even toilet paper is issue, they are simply ignored that it is empty roll over there. However, staff on reception is alright. All other things disaster, room was initially dirty. Also would like to mention that there were no pressure in the shower tap. Maybe it is due to off season period.

I have stayed here from 10th Feb so far whilst I had some business events locally. It is very comfortable accommodation, good service and friendly staff. Special mention to Ionela and the housekeeping staff who check if you need anything and clean when needed at convenient times.
Great location, this has been my accommodation of choice.whenever I was in Constanta for the past several years, it is always a pleasure to stay here.
The one bedroom suite is a good size, and I have been happy here on a longer term stay.
I highly recommend it to everyone.

It felt a little dated and the room was okay but not great
Parking was very limited had to find a spot on the street in the end.
