The room was nice, clean, the bed comfortable, the price very good. The staff was also nice and helped us by with the invoice for the accommodation.
The soundproof is terrible.

The location
Carpet stained, curtains lagging like literally not tidy, bathroom door looks like someone punched it.
The hotel is old and looks like needs a proper refurbishment. Bad maintainance.
It was freezing, the AC is old and loud and not capable of heating the room, no extra blankets at reception.
Good picture, not reflecting the reality on the ground.

The location is very good, just a few minutes walking from the beach. There is a very nice restaurant just next to the hotel, where they serve very good food. In addition, there are shops at a walking distance and Delfinarium is at 20 min walking.
Good transportation: at just 1 minute there is a bus station to the city center / Mamaia and also the stop for the Turistic Bus.
The room had AC and a terrace.
The hotel is not really a 3 star one. Old furniture, not so clean, few amenities in the bathroom. The walls could use a repainting.
Breakfast is really poor.

The only ok things were the location and the friendly staff, the rest was terrible ?
The cleaning was horrible, dirty sheets, dirty and broken furniture in the room, dirty corridors and the entire hotel had a terrible smell, like you were in a smoky bar combined with mold and perfume to cover it all. For 3 of us, as we have allergies, it was difficult to breathe. If it wasn't such a busy period (a national holiday) and if we would have found somewhere else to go, we definitely would have!

It is a great location that offers easy walking access to the beach. Having stayed here in 2008, it was exactly as we remembered. The room we occupied was quite spacious, featuring a curved couch, a king-sized bed, and ample room for two individuals to comfortably relax.
Perhaps the shower head would benefit from descaling, as the water pressure was quite forceful. Also, we were unable to enjoy the balcony due to the absence of any seating.

Clean spacious rooms, close to the beach and at a good distance both from the Old Town and the Delfinarium if you like a good walk. Always love a hotel that provides breakfast and daily housekeeping!
Bed sheets are flat sheets, which means they came undone a lot and the mattress dips under the weight. Gotta get lucky on timing with the breakfast as sometimes they run out quick.

I liked the suite as it was spacious, nice furniture and a massage chair. The location was good, 7 minutes walk to the sea. Various and plenty consumables. Room was clean.
Bed lining did not seem clean although it didn't look used. I have asked for a replacement and they replaced it although it was middle of the night. The shower didn't work.
