I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a series of frustrating experiences. In the middle of the night, I found my room uncomfortably warm. When I wanted to adjust the AC, I realized the remote control was missing. Upon inquiring at the reception, I was told that they keep all remote controls with them – and I should have been assigned one when checking in. To add to the disruption, I was asked to move my car at 4 o’clock in the morning, despite parking in a designated spot. After getting dressed and heading out to relocate my vehicle, I was then informed that they had made a mistake and I didn’t need to move it after all. Such inconveniences, especially during late hours, significantly detracted from my overall experience. I hope the hotel can address these issues to ensure a better stay for future guests.

The room was really big. That was the only advantage.
We came on December 30th, with my colleague and her 4-years old son. We booked a luxury apartment of 2 rooms, but there were no light bulbs in lamps there. Instead, adult posters were everywhere, while we specified before booking, that we are looking for a family hotel, and they confirmed it was a good place for a kid. It was too late to change New Year plans, so we didn't leave, just asked to fix the lighting (we even left some tips). Next day they didn't fix it, (tips were not returned also). We spent December 31st in the city, so we came back in the evening and were told, that everything is closed already, and they can't do anything (all shops were open till 18:00 in reality). But as we came back after 18:00, there were no options, and we spent New Year Eve with minimal lighting. The room was dirty and cold, as the heating was too weak for a big space. During the New Year night, we discovered bed bugs, used condoms under the bed, a LOT of dust everywhere and some cockroaches (we were too tired at the day of arriving, so we didn't discover it earlier). We were angry and came to a receptionist in the morning. But she told us, that she has nothing to do with our problems, that they have an international hotel and some tourists come with bugs in their belongings. So we can leave if we want, but they do no returns or compensation, as it's not their fault. So we were forced to leave on January 1st, with a kid who caught a cold and was bitten by bedbugs. We paid the full price for the time we spent in the hotel. All healthy risks are still on us. I don't know, why this hotel has so good reviews. It was an awful experience.
