The room was clean, spacious, the staff very responsive. They cleaned the room on day 4.
You have what you need for eating there, to make a coffee, you have a large and spacious garden and terrace.
The room has a fridge, a table with chairs, a balcony and air conditionning which is needed for a confortable holiday at the sea.
The sea is at 10 minutes away.
I recommend it for family with children.
The bed frame had been repaired and was creaking.

Good location, English speaking owner. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen. In the courtyard, there is a covered veranda, barbecue. I liked the design of the villa, the paintings on the walls in a marine and pirate style.
The owner didn't give receipts for payment. For two weeks, no one cleaned the room, and I had to do the cleaning myself. Very small TV and refrigerator in the room. In the shower cabin, one door is broken. In order to take a shower, the hose must be held in your hands since the mount for it is very high and is not adjustable.

The place is very close to the beach.
Nearby is also a lidl where you can buy anything at normal prices.
Quite close to a variety of restaurants.
It's also in a good position where it is quiet (there is some music from the neighbor restaurant which is at a reasonable volume and it shuts down at a reasonable time).
The rooms are comfortable and clean and the host was very friendly.
The entire house has a sailor's boat theme which is a nice touch.
