the architectural design
there are so many that made this stay a very bad one :
- there was a wedding at the next resort (same owner) which created a very big sound issue
- the room was full of insects, on the ceiling, on the floor, on the bed, squashed insects.
- the AC did not had refrigerator agent, meaning that it was not cooling the air (yes, the remote was set to cooling, even tried setting it again).
- the condense was dripping out of the unit on the wall making a big mess on the floor.
- there was NO TV in the room, even if it appears advertised so.
- the “balcony” is just a table and to chairs outside of the room with no delimitation what so ever. just the table and 2 chairs on the “sidewalk”
- the bathroom … ? : smelled like sewage and the shower’s drainage was full and water was not draining + extra the water was coming out of another drainage under the sink. it took anout 15 to 20 min for a 3 min shower water to drain.
- the bathroom … ? the sink was dirty and in the sewage of the sink you could find a plastic cap and some grapes. obviously the sink drainage was not working due to the above.
- the bathroom … ? the faucet was dirty and by the looks of it, not sure when it was last cleaned.
- the bathroom … ? mold in the shower are due to too much humidity.
- the bathroom … ? the cabinet wood was falling off.
- the “garden view” that the room was supposed to have it was a view towards an area full with sand and dust.
- I REGRET going to this location and I consider it a rip off especially that I payed very close to 100€ per night in September. I feel like I was taken for a fool with this stay

The check in desk had a sign that says its in another location. That is in a restaurant Haceinda. So when you need something and the person is gone its another walk back to the restaurant.
My AC unit remote had no batteries in it. When I tried to use the batteries in the TV remote those didn't work either. We didn't check in until 5pm. By the time we got to the room and settled I wouldn't normally turn the unit on until we would sleep. When I tried and then walked over to the restaurant for batteries I was told they didn't have any. When they gave me the managers number (who had left at that point) she told me she didn't have a way to help because she had already left and didn't have a car. Its not a cheap place because you are paying for AC and location. For that to not work was super frustrating. In the end I used a friend remote to turn on my unit but then we couldn't adjust later on. Also-breakfast at the Hacienda restaurant is odd. I live in Romania and have never encountered a breakfast like that at a restaurant. It felt like it was their first time hosting a buffet breakfast.

Wonderful
The décor is really nice, with lots of greenery and amazing plants. The rooms are cozy and clean. I loved the pool, and there was plenty of shade to relax in during the middle of the day
I’m not a fan of the stone floor, but I guess it’s part of the décor. The sunbeds by the pool were a bit dirty and all over the place.

Friendly staff, trying to make you feel most comfortable taking the bad conditions into account.
Deserted place, next to a building site that continues building through the night, so very nosy all the time. The beach in front of the house is with poor sand, very dirty, filled with pieces of glass and cat excrements. There is nothing to do with younger kids, the restaurant that is supposed to be nice nearby has decent food at best, but it's far pricier than what it has to offer. The house is decent, but doesn't raise up to the price.
We wanted to cut our stay short so we didn't waste time in such a place. The manager told me that we would get our money back for the nights we didn't spend there. However they denied confirming this to booking.com and refused to answer their phone, mail or any message.

The location is amazing. It's the main reason I picked this location. It is right on the beach, the garden is nice, filled with lavender and mimosas, it has a very Mediterranean vibe. The building itself is nice as well - I also liked the old objects in the reception area and the overall treatment of the location.
We went here at the beginning of September - so yes, a bit out of season, but not totally. However, the restaurant was not working anymore, so there was no place to eat and drink a coffee in the morning, especially given the fact that the location itself is pretty reclusive - not many things close. Especially if you don't have a car.
the beach bar was closed as well - this was a very big disappointment, since I wanted to just be chill by the sea, drink and read.
The room and overall location seems a bit in need of cash inflow - it could use a bit of fresh paint, there is a bit of a musty smell in the bathroom, the matrice is not excellent, the blinds in the room were not all functioning etc.
However, we got a good deal on the days - there was a 61% discount and I understand why: the location is close to the train (and you can hear it passing by - which personally I don't mind, I find it romantic) and also there is a construction area right next, so there is a lot of dust and big machinery noise from early in the morning until evening.
It would also be mandatory to keep the beach bar & the restaurant location open at all times, to offer the guest the possibility to stay 100% in the area.

Location, on the beach, nice cottages
Lack of transparency. There is a construction site next to the location. Trucks with rocks are coming in all day and all night long, on a road just next to the venue. Super dust, super noise. Nobody announced anything about that.
We stayed for 4 nights, 5 days. Not once did anyone come to our room to take at least the garbage … no change of towels, bad sheets, etc
On our last day, while enjoying the beach next ro the pool, a group of contractors started to mount a huge tent, for a wedding. All good! But again, nobody announced anything about this … courtesy to the rest of clients who paid to enjoy the place …

The pool was so dirty that the water turned green filled with leaves and insects;
There is an extra 20 eur charge if you need the cleaning service even for a 5 nights stay!
