A decent value for money hotel in Constanta during the high season. The room was spacious, it had AC, and decently large bathroom. The staff were nice and the hotel was relatively quiet.
The area is nothing to write home about but if you pay less that's ok. There was a lot of noise from the appliances in the room so I struggled to sleep ok. The toilet seat came off multiple times and the shower splilled over water, both less than ideal.

The hotel's decoration is very historical, the breakfast is of good quality, and the reception staff on the day of arrival are very enthusiastic and responsible.
The drainage in the bathroom needs further improvement.

The staff at the hotel went out of their way to make our stay perfect, particularly Laura on Reception and the night porter. The room was large and stylish, with a very comfortable bed and everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent with good choice and quality.

Good hotel in the center of the Constanta. Own car parking place under roof with video cameras.
Interesting option, if you booked room and added requests for car parking, and at the time of your arrival, there are no free parking places, you can use any paid parking around the hotel. And the hotel will be paid for it.

Room was very spacious and easily accessible to multiple points of interests, either by foot or public transport (Delfinariu, beaches, Piata Ovidiu and so on). Staff was always smiling and eager to please.
The water pressure was very low, making showers longer than they needed to be and overall seem like a chore. Also, the heating would stop during the night and was left on during the day, which was an odd choice considering we'd leave the room during the day and would leave a window or balcony door open so as to air the room.

rooms are big and comfortable enough. Heating was good. bathroom is too big:) Attitude of personel is good.
car parking area is in front of the hotel and if you park in the middle, it stucks. Generally people leaves around 8 but if you leave early, you should park somewhere else around.
