Room was clean and fresh ambiance with color wall paints. Bed was clean. Location was good as in center of the city and close to old town area and public transportation points.
Personal was speechless, no smiley face, not welcoming. (I'm sorry to wrote but an old woman was like that) Our experience was bad about reception. The amount we had to pay was 388 Lei for a night, we give 390 Lei but they were not given 2 Lei the charge back. But they charged 5 lei for a bottle water in the room. So that was a disapoint for us. We stay at the road side and there was sound of the car traffic as a wind from the window. Cars tires sound was like a wind and all night you can hear couse the street is a main street of that local area.

The photos are from a while ago, the room would need a proper cleaning . The decorative pillows left dust on the clean sheets, you could tell they havent been cleaned in a while ( no toilet paper in the room ).

Great location, just 5 mins walk from University Square & only further few mins walk into old town area. Great pizza and snack/breakfast outlets just 1min walk from hotel, plus a mini market. Metro & bus stops 5 mins walk away. Room fairly basic but clean and everything we needed. Staff were great & lent me a UK adapter to charge my phone. Shower and bath were great, hot water. Smart TV in room. Was happy that room looked as they look in photos online.
Only negatives were, it said there was a terrace but there wasn't with our room. It also said safety deposit box but although there was one, it was just a lightweight box that wasn't fixed to the wall/wardrobe & didn't work anyway - the room felt secure though and 24hr reception, plus no reviews I saw referred to any thefts, so I was comfortable leaving passports etc in the room & we had no issues. There was a fridge but nothing in it/no mini bar & the tea/coffee sachets were minimal and not replaced during our stay but we just went to the handy mini market 1 min walk away, so was fine.

Great decor, comfortable bed, and friendly, helpful staff!
There was an elevator, and we were able to leave our baggage for a later puck up after we checked out.
