Sorry to disturb you at this time.
Is there any possibility of changing my hotel from tomorrow.
I checked into the hotel at 10:30 pm and its extremely dirty. I tried to manage it some how but when i tried to go to bed I noticed the bed sheets and pillow covers are used and very dirty, its not washed.
There is router but no internet. Water bottle is used also . Extremely unhygienic room and accessories

Disappointing
The reception staff are respectful; however, there are times when they do not answer the reception phone. The room attendants, especially Radjun, who helped us during our check-in, were very helpful. The housekeeping team was also extremely helpful.

i dont like the property, its so dirty and not good ambiance.
all. from the entrance to the staff, the whole thing in that place we didn’t like. the whole stay in al mansour was so disaster. we came there last night for a valentine celebration but it was ended a stress night. a room with no wifi, a pool that under construction that didn’t inform us. we paid the hotel which is included a bfast but the receptionist telling that is not included. the maintenance who came only once and not comeback to assist us. that was a poor experience. this is the first and last stayed in your hotel. not anymore.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and well maintained.
There was construction work starting very early in the morning (before 8 AM), causing loud noise and making it difficult to sleep. The swimming pool was also closed, which significantly affected our stay as tourists. In addition, due to the construction, the ground floor was moved underground, so for every delivery we had to take the elevator down, walk outside, and then return underground to take the elevator back to the room, which was inconvenient.

Looks like an old property and the bed and sofa looks old and dirty. There were flies in the apartment and we could get smoking smell during night.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions?❤️
