The place is fit for large families. We had apartment with 3 bedrooms on 18th floor with amazing view on the Marina. Facilities were all around and close by walking. Wonderful friendly staff. Excellent housekeeping services thanks to Venus?.. we had a lovely stay. Hoping to come back next winter.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive to our requests. I asked for a room with the best view, and the receptionist gave us a room with an amazing view of The Pearl.

I loved the location so much as its in the hart of the pearl, the apartment was big and suitable for my family and the price was the cheaper compared to other apartments within the pearl
Unfortunately, the Apartment was not cleaned at all including bathroom and the bed blankets, the view also not in the front of the sea, we tried to change our apartment but there was no availability

The location and the staff is the best thing about the hotel, especially clint
Toilets needs renovation, towels are smelly, TV was not working we had to ask for maintenance, the view from the room is disappointing as it is facing another building, the safe box is very low in the cabinet there is no way you can use it especially if you have back problems. No complimentary items just two bottles of water and some tea and Nescafé, it would be nice if there is a fruits plate or crackers as a welcome complimentary.
