Very Poor
Despite escalating my case, no flexibility or goodwill was offered for an unintentional booking error. While responses were polite, the matter remained entirely policy-driven. Unfortunately, there was no meaningful intervention or support from senior management, and coordination with the reservation team did not help resolve the issue. Disappointing from a customer experience perspective.

The location was good, some of the staff were okay, pool was okay, kinda dirty tho, the gym was okay, the security guy was good
The reception guy, when we checked in had zero client orientation, we were so freaking exhausted after the flight, it was 7 am and we didn’t sleep all night, and tried to early check in, they said that until 8 am they charge full price of one night, even if there were 1000 of free rooms, they were like 7-8 other guests in the whole hotel, when i even tried to pay a 100qar charge for 8-10 am check ins, he refused, didn’t explain anything, and just said if you don’t want to pay full charge of one night just wait 1 hour, that really pissed me off, because i have been to dozens of different hotels, but they all tried to help the guest, that really set the tone for me, and I was unhappy my whole stay, I could’ve just gone to a better hotel, if I knew that i was going to be charged for 3 nights, instead of 2, overall only recommend if you are going to visit someone from education city, during their studies, but if they are on holidays, just pay a little extra and go to Riviera Rayhaan hotel by rotana, cause it is really the opposite, they let us to early check in and check out, 24/7 client support, cleaning and everything u need from a good hotel

Soufian at the reception was absolutely amazing! Always smiling, very kind, and ready to help with anything we needed. He made us feel welcome and comfortable right away. Excellent service and great hospitality.

Good
Excellent bedding, cleanliness
In the shower there was only hot water. There was absolutely no way to change water temperature. The water was unbearably hot, and though there was a warning on the wall about it so that we could avoid being burnt, the only way to take a quick shower was to use a toilet valve.

Abdu at the front desk was kind and professional - warm and understanding.
The night desk staff were robots! Who just repeated the same thing over again trying make me pay more and more because I arrived early. I felt like this was a prison rather than a hotel.
We checked out early because shower was a dangerous disaster and we could not shower safely. This hotel does not belong in Doha or anywhere, but especially not Doha.

Great location in Education City, and it was easy to drive in and find parking right out front. Staff were genuinely friendly and helpful (reception and everyone we interacted with). The pool was pleasantly warm/temperature-controlled, and the jacuzzi was a nice bonus — we could enjoy it comfortably even with our child.
The room was very small, especially for two adults and a baby. Despite this, housekeeping consistently left only one bath towel, even after we requested more, which meant repeatedly calling reception. There was no way to heat food (no microwave), and no common area where guests are allowed to eat food ordered from outside — we were explicitly told not to eat in the lobby.
Although a crib was provided, the room was too small to use it comfortably, and the crib itself felt unstable and low quality. The carpeted floors felt dusty and dated. There was no smart TV, and overall the stay felt very basic. For the price we paid (early January), it didn’t offer good value and felt overpriced for what was provided.

Its location has both pros and cons. Personally, I like it because it’s situated in a quiet neighborhood. However, it is far from the main tourist attractions. If you’re driving your own car or renting one, it’s a great option. The place is neat and offers ample parking space.
Nothing special, but the bathroom floor got wet after a couple of uses. We also requested to heat our food, but the request was refused. I understand that some hotels have their own specific policies.

The hotel and room conditions were really good and clean, the location was ok, but the complementary beds were small and not as comfortable as you might spec, also the room space was tight for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 small kids)
Complementary beds comfort and size, works for my kids but one night I sleep in one of the beds because my kid was sick and the experience wasn't pleasant at all, also the space in the bedroom was small for 2 medium luggage and a Carrie on
