Good location in WestBay area close to City Centre Mall
The room was very dull and dark even with the curtains opened. There was something blocking the window from outside and we couldn’t see a thing.. no view nothing . Very unfriendly staff . From front door to the restaurant. Yes there were two staff members in the restaurant who had a smile on their face .. but that’s about it . We stayed for 8 days and only once the staff at the door helped us to take our bags from the taxi . One evening when we got back to hotel , after a long day out , we had many bags to carry and there was a staff at the front door and he could clearly see that we were struggling to take everything out of the car but he just stood there didn’t even bother lifting a finger to help us. And they call themselves a 5 star hotel. I have stayed in many different hotels but never had met with this level of poor service from a so called 5 star hotel . Over all it was a very disappointing stay.

Location
There was maintenance on my floor early in the morning, and I couldn’t sleep. When I asked for a late checkout, they said they couldn’t offer it. Also, the hair dryer and the safety box didn’t work. Even after they replaced the hair dryer, the main plug still wasn’t working.

Location, cleanliness
The staff at the breakfast! So just 10 mins after the breakfast time, I asked for a coffee. As I was travelling alone for work, so I wanted to finish off my breakfast first before I order a coffee. They simply denied.
After telling them, I was ready to pay for it, a waitress brought me the coffee and asked for payment right then. I asked the waitress to add it to my room but she said no, you have to pay here! Who carries a wallet to the breakfast table in the morning ? ? I felt they have some serious problems with behaviour. No eggs were made right in the egg station. Anyways, the restaurant manager called me before I checked out and apologised, I accepted. But I feel they’re a group of people working at the restaurant with some serious behaviour issues!
